Julie Stuber, the Hermana Mayor of this year's Solemn Celebration of Nuestra Señora de Belen in Tolosa, Leyte, together with her husband, Peter and her family, made a lot parishioners happy and contented this Christmas season. The Eucharistics celebration was held at the St. Michael the Archangel Parish Church, Tolosa Leyte on December 24-25, 2011.
